Background
Bloodshot is a superhero created in 1992 by Kevin VanHook, Don Perlin, and Bob Layton. He first appeared in the comic book series of the same name published by Valiant Comics.
Synopsis
The character of Bloodshot is a soldier named Ray Garrison who is killed in action and then brought back to life by a secret government program. He is given superpowers, including enhanced strength, speed, and healing abilities, but also has a nanite computer implanted in his brain that gives him access to vast amounts of information and allows the government to control him.
